- Type of Housing: Two- and three-bedroom apartments housing three and four students each. Single gender by apartment. Coed by apartment also available.
- Furniture: Extra-long twin beds, bookshelves, dressers, dining room table with chairs, stove and refrigerator.
- Air Conditioning: None.
- Parking: Parking near complex reserved for residents on a first-come, first-served basis with the Department of Public Safety.
- Internet: Service provided. Service includes one internet port with modem. Students pay a bi-yearly $100 residential technology fee.
- Laundry: Common laundry facilities are in the lower level. No charge for laundry.
- Dining Plan: Optional. Students may select from any of the four available dining plans.
