Creating Your I-20
All F-1 students that study in the United States need a Form I-20, “Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status.”
After you have been admitted to Elmhurst University and made your tuition prepayment, you will be able to request an I-20 through the Next Steps checklist in your admission portal. All documents will need to be submitted via the request form in the portal; please do not email documents to our office.
Sign and date your I-20 upon receipt and keep it safe—you will need it throughout the international student lifecycle.
