• July 1: Application opens for Fall Term

November

• Nov. 1: Deadline to submit a completed application for admission for early action consideration
• Nov. 2: Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis for the fall

December

• Dec. 1:
  • Early action applicants notified of decision for the fall
  • FAFSA opens for the new academic year
• Dec. 2: Housing information mailed
• Dec. 15:
  • Admission decisions released on a rolling basis for fall applicants
  • Preferred filing deadline for the FAFSA

January

• Jan. 6: Applications due for students eligible to apply to the pre-licensure nursing program

March

• March 15: Students admitted through early action and transfer students: Registration opens for advising and registration dates (fall class selection)

April

• April 1: Registration opens for advising and registration dates for all admitted students (fall class selection)

May

• May–August: Student billing statements are sent after a student registers for classes
• Extended to June 1:
  • Tuition deposit due 
  • Housing application and housing prepayment due

June

• June 1:
  • Student health record due
  • International students need to submit all required documents for I-20
• June 15: Applications due for students eligible to apply for all education licensure programs

July

• July 1: Campus job opportunities posted as jobs are available

August

• Aug. 1:
  • Final high school transcripts due
  • Send official AP scores
• Aug. 15: Final college and university transcripts for coursework due
• Aug. 24: Required first-year student orientation (move-in day)
• Aug. 26–Aug. 27: Transfer student orientation (move-in day)
• Aug. 28: First day of Fall Term classes
